For our practice towards the main film opening, we had filmed a preliminary clip. This exercise has helped us to gain experience on how to shoot a movie to near perfection. We have taken into consideration the rules of shooting a movie, for example the 180 degrees rule.
We have learnt from the preliminary exercise that, filming and editing along with bringing props, requires full effort from every member and that everything must be planned, from the storyboard to the camera angles and editing. Planning & creating a filming schedule is vital in the film opening because this helps us give a brief insight when everything should be completed by.
