Inception analysis

The opening scene we have the main character in the beach lying down waking up to the sound of the waves. This is accompanied by the foley sounds of the waves and the sound of children playing in the beach which then follows by a soft music which increases in volume gradually and halts. This sets the mood of the movie. The camera focuses on the main character and then goes to first person view mode where he is looking at the little children in the beach. Then the camera goes to an over the head shoulder view which shows the gun in the backside of the main character. This opening idea has influenced us to make a similar opening to that where our main character will also be waking up.
